Our Returns Policy

Free return shipping provided by PayPalPayPal Return Shipping

To allow customers to shop with confidence. My Little Threads works with PayPal to offer you free return shipping for items that meet our returns criteria. To check your eligibility and activate your free return shipping service please follow the link below. The free return shipping service is run by PayPal and all claims for return shipping refunds are between the customer and PayPal as per the terms & conditions of the service. To be eligible, customers must use their PayPal account during checkout. Customers using Afterpay/Zippay are not eligable for free return shipping from paypal

Unauthorised usage of Afterpay, Zippay & Other payment providers

We take the security of our customers very seriously. All reports of fraud will result in such activity being reported immediately to ACORN and the AFP, as well as the payment service used for the activity. This may result in the closure of the account. No refunds or store credits will be issued in cases of unauthorised usage of the payment services unless MLT is instructed too by ACORN, the AFP or relevant authorities at the conclusion of their investigation.

Change of Mind

We hope you love your new outfit, but we understand that it’s hard buying online when you can’t try the garments on before buying. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer returns for store credit within 14 days of package delivery for full-priced items only or any items on a special/bundle special.

We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to order a different size, return your item as soon as possible and we will issue you store credit if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements laid out below. Store credit can be used to order a different size or any of our other products.

There will be No exchanges, refunds or store credits on the Sale Items or samples.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your item has a fault – please provide an image or video of the item with the fault showing the entire item and a close up of the fault.

Return Requirements

My Little Threads is happy to issue you with a credit for your item (less postage costs) as long as they are meet the following requirements:

  • All items must be in original condition with original tags, & must not have been worn, altered or washed.
  • Must be returned within 14 days from date of delivery – goods received outside this period will not be accepted.

There will be No exchanges, refunds or store credits on the Sale Items or samples.

All returns are to made by tracked standard postage – Do Not express post –  Failure to do this will result in your postage not being refunded.

All returns must be lodged over the counter at the Post Office so that they are scanned and you must receive a lodgement receipt of the package as proof of handing the package over to Australia Post. It is Your responsibility to ask for a lodgement receipt if one is not given to you when you are lodging the package over the counter.

We reserve the right to refuse a product that does not meet these requirements.
There will be NO exchanges on sale items. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidentally over spending, however we can cancel your order and provide you with a credit note for later use.

Store credits will be issued via email once the exchanged items are received by our team.

Postage tips:
We suggest you use tracked postage as it is the safest option for your parcel. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our office, so ensure it’s packed securely or using a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are posting. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you at your own cost.
