All domestic orders over $150 ($170nzd)  will be eligible for free standard domestic shipping. The free shipping provided is standard shipping through Australia Post. 
International customers are not eligible for this offer.

Order Tracking

All products are shipped with a tracking # provided by the shipping carrier, we will provide a tracking number on request. In most cases, you will receive notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and size of your products, and your location. Before the order is finalised you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. The shipping rates and services offered to you during checkout are pulled from Australia Post directly. The services available and costs can change at the discretion of Australia Post and are out of the control of My Little Threads.

Shipping of Pre Orders

Pre Orders will be held and shipped when the item becomes available. If an order contains both in stock and pre order items, the whole order will be held until the pre order items become available. 

Lost, Stolen or Missing Orders

Once an item is posted the package becomes the responsibility of the Carrier and the Customer.

Lost, stolen or missing packages will not be replaced. My Little Threads takes great care to ensure all packages are labeled correctly. Returned packages due to incorrect address details being provided will be re-posted at the cost of the customer.

All packaged reported as stolen will be referred to the police.
